Well guys I just wanted to post an update:

I have lost 39 lbs and 28" over all. I feel amazing and I am making some money in Advocare now. I went to Success School andcaught the vision of the buisness side of the company. I look at the money and realize its not about how much money it is , bur it's about how many people I have helped. Let me help you!

Ok well Saturday was my last day on the challenge. My results so far are pretty great!

I had weighed friday and I was almost 14 lbs down. I measured Sunday morning and I had lost 14 inches. Which is just awesome!

Here is where they have you measure. This is where my results came from I am not sure why its just the right side but it is. With that said I really lost more inches but they are not recorded because these are the only ones on the paper.

I have to say this 24 day challange does have its challanges but nothing I cant handle. Although I can tell that my weight loss has slowed down I am happy. It was really cool losing a pound a week but its also kind of scary. People always say "you want to lose it slow so it doesnt come back" well after my scare of gaining a pound or so around my cycle its all good now. They dropped right off as soon as I was done. Well I have had some trouble getting this blog to work but I think it is working now. At least I hope so!

Everything has gone really well. I am not going to weigh in again until I am on day 24. I made the mistake of weighing in the middle to often and the slightest change in my progress almost through it completely out of wack. I weighed mid last week and had gained a pound. Well the vitamins are working well. Im not se hungry as I use to be. I get satisfied quicker and the cravings a gone. Im not eating to fill a void I am eating for nutrition.

I went ahead and weighed to make sure that adding foods back in was not going to cause a gain and my results were- im down 12 lbs now!

So I am not going to be weighing until my 24th day of the challange.  We will all have to be suprised at that point.

Well its time to switch gears and start  a whole new section of the 24 day challange. Lots of vitamins and spark!

Things went well today enjoying a few things I missed out on in the last 10 day but I do not I repeat do not want to gain it back so I am going to be carefull!

Well I spent the day with family and friends. I stayed mostly on the plan with a couple added wine coolers at the very end of the night. My official weight loss was 10lbs in 10 days and They have you measure your :

Right- arm thigh and calf





Out of those areas I lost 7 and 1/2 inches. Not sure why you dont measure both sides but it is what it is!

Today was a great day, I took my fiber drink with orange juice. For me that is the only way to go. I accidently forgot to take my catalyst and spark b4 my workout this afternoon and boy it made a difference. I was a bit sluggish. I got tired quicker than usuall. I can not do that again.

Being day 8 I started my fiber drink again. Well Kathy I did as you suggested and mixed it with the Rehydrate and NOPE it did not work for me. I perfer the orange juice. It will be the only way to go. I love these fiber drinks (if mixed with OJ) they taste good and man do they fill me up. I usually do not get hungry until the afternoon when Im drinking the fiber drink.

Well I am starting out the day  sick. I will not let it stop me tho!

Today was a great day. I am still feeling good. I signed up 2 people under me and all is well. Today I worked my lower body and abs. It was a great work out. Oh and I have lost another 3 lbs. Yeah!!!!

Day number 5 was a great day. Everything is still going smooth. Had a meeting to learn more about the business side of it all. Oh and I have the best news!!!!!

I have lost 3lbs in 5 days. I know to some they may think 3 lbs is nothing, but for me it is huge. I have been working out a vigerous work out for over 8 mionths and had only lost 1 lb. This has been a more difficult day. I was not to have the fiber drink today and i noticed I was more hungry today. I was not home much of the day and could not follow the eating plan properly. Day 3 was amazing! I have felt better today that I have felt in a very long time. It was much like the other days but I mastered the fiber drink today. Mix with juice or rehydrate and chug chug chug as soon as the blades stop on the mixer. Taste good and goes down easier. Everyone is saying already that I am looking good. They look at me weird like something is different. The make a comment about my hair or something. They are just not sure what it is yet.

Day 2 Continued

For day 2 I decided to add a little more food so I would not be so hungry through the night and it worked my sugar was still good and I felt great. I had the tuna wraps again for lunch and for dinner I baked/roasted chicken breast layered with onions garlic and seasonings. I made okra and tomatoes and steamed broccoli. It was very good. Day 2 is going good. I did not take my Spark this morning because I want to take a nap since I was up most of the night. Oh by the way, a word of advice ALWAYS mix your fiber drink with juice. I do not know what I was thinking and I mixed it with water. EEUUHH I did not care for that much. With orange juice it was really good yesterday but not with water.

Im about to go drink my yummy shake. That is my treat for the morning.

Well for lunch I had a Jimmy Johns Tuna Wrap which is tuna fish, tomato, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, all wrapped in iceburg lettuce. It was good! With it I had a half of a baked sweet potato. Missed my snack but had a slam drink and my catalyst and worked out my best work out yet. I did 62 mins on the machines (32 on a treadmill at 3.0 to 3.5 miles and hour at 5 to 7 % incline & 30 mins on the elliptical) I like to think the SLAM gave me the extra energy to go that long.

Well I have started the challange today. I got up this morning drank my Spark and took the catalyst. About 30 mins later I made the fiber drink and I mixed it with orange juice. It tasted good but let me tell you. The second it hits the liquid it starts to thicken so my advice to you is to is do not wait even 1 min go ahead and drink it down as quick as you can.
