Well for lunch I had a Jimmy Johns Tuna Wrap which is tuna fish, tomato, cucumber, alfalfa sprouts, all wrapped in iceburg lettuce. It was good! With it I had a half of a baked sweet potato. Missed my snack but had a slam drink and my catalyst and worked out my best work out yet. I did 62 mins on the machines (32 on a treadmill at 3.0 to 3.5 miles and hour at 5 to 7 % incline & 30 mins on the elliptical) I like to think the SLAM gave me the extra energy to go that long.
For dinner I made tuna fish and made my own baby wraps with cucumber and tomato and some artisian lettuce. For snack I had 1/2 cup strawberries.
I have to say all day long I was not hungry much. Now by 9pm I was hungry but I just kept drinking water and did not eat any food. Up concerned about the weather all night I was very hungry, but still never ate anything. I knew the kids were not going to school and I was not going to work but Bobby having to drive to lufkin was bothering me.
