Being day 8 I started my fiber drink again. Well Kathy I did as you suggested and mixed it with the Rehydrate and NOPE it did not work for me. I perfer the orange juice. It will be the only way to go. I love these fiber drinks (if mixed with OJ) they taste good and man do they fill me up. I usually do not get hungry until the afternoon when Im drinking the fiber drink.
I am nearing my end of the first 10 days which is the cleansing part of the 24 day challange. I will not weigh in until Saturday. As of day 6 I had lost 6 lbs. I am starting to see some changes especially in my face. Last night I really wanted chili so I made that chicken chili and I had said I thought I ate too much and in fact I did. My sugar was a little high this morning 126. It has been between 108 and 117. I added nothing to it but some steamed broccoli and that was only less than a 1/2 cup so I am convinced that I ate too much. There really was not anything in it that should have raised my sugar. A lesson learned.
Well the day wentvery well. I have noticed on the days I have the fiber drink I am not near as hungry.
I made baked chicken breast , carrots, green beans, and mushrooms. I was so proud of myself I only ate half the piece of chicken I had. I put the rest for lunch tomorrow. I had a really great workout today. I worked with a girl who is helping me make sure I am doing my workouts correctly and of course most of them I was using the wrong form. We worked out about an hour and a half. Half of which was weights the other cardio.

Im down 9 lbs ! You really need to be on this plan!
