Today was a great day, I took my fiber drink with orange juice. For me that is the only way to go. I accidently forgot to take my catalyst and spark b4 my workout this afternoon and boy it made a difference. I was a bit sluggish. I got tired quicker than usuall. I can not do that again.
I know I was not suppose to but I did a no no but it is ok it did not mess me up but I cheated. I cut the pointy piece of a piece of pizza and ate it. It smelled s good I just had to have a bit. It only had black olives and mushrooms on that part. Well and cheese oh and it was pan pizza so it was thick. I felt bad that I did it but I just had to taste it. But then I ate my chicken chili and went on with my scheduled plan. That is what is cool about this. You can mess up a little and its ok. Well day 10 is tomorrow. I am going to weigh in on Saturday and mesure sunday I will post all the info Sunday. That will be my first day on the 2nd phase of the 24 day challange. I am very excited to start that part because the last 10 days has been all about cleaning out the body and preparing it for proper nutrition. Now its time for putting in the nutrition.
Well tune in on Sunday to see what my accomplishment is. Lets see if I made my goal of 10lbs in 10 days!
